Cancellation policy

OSKAR does not currently offer subscriptions, automatic repeat orders or “try now, pay later” purchase options.

Pre-orders

An order is only considered a pre-order if this is expressly stated on the product page and at checkout. In this case, before the order is placed, we will provide information about the expected delivery date, when payment is due and the available cancellation options.

Consumers may cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched by emailing support@hello-oskar.com or using the contact form, unless a contract for custom-made goods is already being performed. Statutory rights of withdrawal and rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.

Future purchase options

If subscriptions or other recurring purchase options are offered in future, the applicable terms, prices, renewal rules and cancellation options will be clearly stated before the order is placed, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
