8.4 kW black wood-burning stove

The OSKAR Z08 is designed specifically for burning wood as well as coal and is approved by the manufacturer for both fuels. Coal offers several advantages over wood, including its higher heating and calorific value and lower volume. Coal is more compact and requires less storage space. Coal embers last considerably longer, so the stove can generally be refuelled without difficulty even after an extended period. 

The new Ecodesign stove from OSKAR has a highly robust cast-iron body. The stove door hinges and viewing window glass are of high quality. The premium surface finish is achieved through several elaborate processing stages. The initially rough cast-iron surface is ground, fine-blasted, then brushed and finally polished.
